Pakistan senior hockey team defeated juniors by 2-1

Lahore : Pakistan senior hockey team defeated juniors by 2-1 to win three-match practice hockey series by 2-0 at National Hockey Stadium on Monday.

Director General Sports Punjab Zulfiqar Ahmed Ghumman witnessed the last match of brief rubber with keen interest.

PHF President Brig (retd) Khalid Sajjad Khokhar, Secretary Shahbaz Senior, former secretary Brig (retd) Musarratullah and several Olympians were also present on this occasion. Mohsin Sabir of Junior XI opened the scoring in 7^th minute while Arslan Qadir of Senior outfit netted two back to back goals in 50^th and 55^th minutes to seal the narrow victory.
