Voters have done accountability of those who held ‘Ehtisab Rallies’:Pervaiz Rashid

Senator Pervaiz RashidLahore : Minister for Information, Broadcasting and National Heritage (IBNH) Senator Pervaiz Rashid said Wednesday that the voters in today’s bye-elections had done the accountability of those who took out ‘ehtisab rallies.’

The Minister said that the masses had always rejected the politics of anarchy and violence. He said that the people of Pakistan support Nawaz Sharif’s agenda of progress and development.

Pervaiz Rashid said that the PML-N respected the election rules and regulations but Imran Khan indulged in lawlessness by blatantly violating the ECP rules.

He said that the people of Pakistan had expressed no confidence in those who created anarchy on the streets, so they  should return home now.

He said those who could not win elections, would also fail in their politics of anarchy.

Meanwhile ; Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has congratulated Muslim League – N candidate Raja Matloob Mehdi on his victory in bye-election of NA 63 Jhelum. He said that people have once again supported Muslim League – N candidate in bye-election and the politics of decency, service, honesty and transparency.

Shahbaz Sharif said that the success of Raja Matloob Mehdi is expression of confidence of the people in the policies of Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and people have proved that they love Muslim League–N leadership. He said that result of bye-election is writing on the wall for sit-in stagers. He said the today’s result has verified that change comes through public service and not slogans.

Shahbaz Sharif also congratulated Muslim League – N candidate Yosaf Kasilia on his victory in bye election of PP 232 Vehari. He said that success of Muslim League – N candidate in bye election is the result of selfless public service.

He said that people of Vehari have supported the policies of Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and politics of decency, honesty and transparency. He said the results of bye elections have rejected sit-in politics and gave a decision that there is no room for negative politics in the country.

The Chief Minister said that selfless service of the people is agenda of Pakistan Muslim League – N and under the leadership of Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif, journey of service to the people will be continued.
