Sirajul Haq invites Molana Fazlur Rahman to attend APC on Kashmir

Siraj ul Haq met Molana Fazal ur RehmanLahore : Sirajul Haq had a meeting with the Kashmir Committee Chairman and JUI(F) chief Molana Fazlur Rahman, in the parliament house and extended him an invitation to the APC on Kashmir being organized by the JI on July 29.

Earlier;  Ameer, Jamaat e Islami, Pakistan has said that the revelations made by MQM leader Waseem Akhtar about the events in Karachi on the 12th of May were highly important and it was the responsibility of the government to provide justice to all those affected.

Talking to the media outside the Parliament house , he said that the 12th of May was the one of the darkest days in the country’s history when the Chief Justice of  Pakistan was not allowed to enter the Sindh capital as roads were blocked by placing containers. On that day, as many as fifty innocent persons were gunned down by the hooligans and hundreds others were injured by firing.

Sirajul Haq also expressed deep concern over the martyrdom of two soldiers in Karachi and said this was a big challenge for the government and the security agencies.

The JI chief said that the port city had been seeing bloodshed for the last three decades as thousands of innocent citizens had been put to death. As many as 260 workers were burnt to death in the Baldia Town factory due to the nonpayment of extortion. The city of lights had been turned into the city of darkness but the governments and the courts failed  to protect the life and property of the citizens.

All those involved in the target killings,  extortions and stuffing of gunny bags with dead bodies remained unknown despite being known . He said the reports of the JIT’s fully reveal the facts about the mafias behind these crimes, but no action had been taken against them.

He said it was high time that all the criminals were brought o the book and dealt with in accordance with the law.

The JI chief said that he had good wishes for the outgoing Syed and the incoming Syed in Sindh.
