MNA Begum Parveen Masood Bhatti visits Ramzan Bazar railway road,Bahawalpur

Lahore: Millions of consumers have been extended economic relief at 318 Ramzan Bazars in 36 districts of the Province through a 5 billion Rupees Ramzan relief package of Chief Minister Punjab in the holy month of Ramzan. This was stated by MNA Begum Parveen Masood Bhatti while talking to consumers during her surprise visit at Ramzan Bazar railway road, here,today.

She went to different stalls of kitchen items; soft drinks; vegetables; fruits; meat and chicken.MNA Begum Parveen Masood Bhatti checked both the quality of the food stuff and the implementation of concessionary price regime framed by Punjab Government.

Begum Parveen Masood Bhatti while talking to consumers at Ramzan Bazar informed them that Chief Minister Punjab has further subsidize both gram pulse and gram flour to Rs. 10 per Kg which has lowered the price of these 2 items to Rs. 20 per Kg as compare to the prevailing market rates. She maintained that this deduction in prices of these 2 items is an ample proof of Chief Minister Punjab's dedication and commitment to extend economic relief by implementing concessionary prices at Ramzan Bazar during the holy month of Ramzan in Punjab province.

Meanwhile; MNA and member of Information and Broadcasting committee Begum Parveen Masood Bhatti gave away financial assistance cheques amounting to Rs. 5 lakh and 40 thousand among the 55 needy and deserving women.

“This financial assistance has been extended to the deserving persons to provide economic relief during the holy month of Ramzan by the Punjab Bait-ul-Maal district Bahawalpur”, MNA Begum Parveen Masood Bhatti said.
