Ch Shujat Hussain host a dinner in honour of British High Commissioner Thomas Drew CMG

Lahore: PML-Q President and former Prime Minister Ch Shujat Hussain and senior central leader and former Deputy Prime Minister Ch Parvez Elahi hosted a dinner in honour of British High Commissioner Mr. Thomas Drew CMG at their residence in Islamabad Sunday night.

The dinner was attended besides ambassadors and diplomats of various countries by Jahangir Khan Tareen, Senator Tahir Mashadi, Senator Talha Mahmud and central party leaders Ch Wajahat Hussain, Senator Mushahid Hussain Sayed, MNA Tariq Bashir Cheema, Syed Dilawar Abbas, Akram Zaki, Senator Sitara Ayyaz, Imtiaz Ranjha, Nawabzada Yousuf Khan Hoti and other party leaders also.

On this occasion the British High Commissioner while expressing gratitude to the Chaudhry Sahibaan said that Pakistan is not new for him, he had previously also rendered services here and his wife is also posted here whereas he has already come to this house earlier also when Ch Parvez Elahi was Punjab Chief Minister. He said that he was very much impressed by dedication of Ch Parvez Elahi for 1122 like welfare institution and spirit of service to the people of Chaudhry Sahibaan.
