GCU awards PhD degree to Hafiz Muhammad Khurshid Ahmad Qadiri

Lahore: Hafiz Muhammad Khurshid Ahmad Qadiri, the lecturer of Government College University Lahore, has been awarded the PhD degree in Islamic Studies by the Minhaj University Lahore.

He completed his research on the topic of “A Critical Study of Abdullah Yusuf Ali’s Translation and Commentary of the Holy Quran and its effects on Posterity” under the supervision of Prof Dr Sultan Shah, the Chairperson of GCU Department of Arabic and Islamic Studies.
