NAVTTC organized a job fair at expo centre

Lahore: National Vocational & Technical Training Commission organized a provincial level Youth Skill Competition at Expo Center Lahore. National Youth Skill Show and Job Fair was attended by thousands of students, industrialists and citizens.

Names of the winners of the trades like computer applications, computer graphics, civil Surveyors, dress Making, cooking, plumber, welding, and AutoCAD were announced by different distinguished personalities. Different industrial companies offered jobs to the skilled students at the spot.

The Executive Director NAVTTC Zulfiqar Ahmad Cheema said vocational and technical training is the only ways to eliminate poverty and unemployment.

Chairman TEVTA Irfan Qasir Sheikh said” we are training thousands of students per year.”

The chairman PTV Ata-ul-Haq Qasmi appreciated the working of NAVTTC.

Regional Director Education British Council Meshall and Douglous Bans also spoke on the occasion.
