Lahore: Islamabad High Court has ordered to give proforma promotion to former IG Islamabad Aftab Cheema in 15 days.
The hearing of a case pertaining to halt promotion of former IG Islamabad was held by IHC justice Aziz Shaukat Siddiqui. During the legal proceeding, court directed the concerning department to inform after promoting Aftab Cheema.
The former IG approached court over not getting promotion and filed a case in this regard.
