Former Governor KPK Mehtab Khan Abbasi calls on Punjab Chief Minister

Lahore: Former Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhawa and senior leader of Pakistan Muslim League-N Sardar Mehtab Khan Abbasi met Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif in Islamabad today.

Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Minister appreciated the services of the former Governor KPK for strengthening of democracy and federation. He said that the efforts of Sardar Mehtab Abbasi for the welfare of the masses of KPK are commendable. He said that the role of Sardar Mehtab Khan Abbasi with regard to anti-polio campaign in KPK is also praiseworthy.

Shahbaz Sharif said that Sardar Mehtab Abbasi has rendered laudable services for the return and rehabilitation of the persons who were displaced temporarily during Operation Zarb-e-Azb.

Meanwhile; Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif met Islamabad’s first mayor Sheikh Ansar Aziz here in the capital city.Matters of mutual interest were discussed in the meeting.
