Ali Jan Khan visits District Headquarters Hospital Kasur

Lahore: Secretary Primary & Secondary Health Ali Jan Khan paid a surprise visit to District Headquarters Hospital Kasur, today. He inspected different wards and OPD of the hospital and reviewed medical facilities being provided to the patients.

Secretary Health also checked dialysis machine and taking notice of an out of order dialysis machine directed to immediately make it operational. He expressed satisfaction over the provision of free medicines to the patients and cleanliness arrangements in the hospital. Ali Jan Khan said that a mechanism should be evolved with the help of information technology for treatment of patients in OPD and added that yellow room should be completed at the earliest for disposing hospital waste in a proper manner.

Talking to the patients during his visit to wards, Secretary Health inquired from them about the provision of treatment facilities. The patients said that they are getting free medicines and cleanliness arrangements are better than before. DCO Kasur Salman Ghani also accompanied Secretary Health.
