9 people fined over illegal hunting of two drakes

wood_duck_drake_in_flightLahore: A special team constituted by Director General Wildlife & Parks Punjab Khalid Ayaz Khan with the assistance of Rangers has arrested nine persons and recovered fine of 60 thousand rupees from them on illegal hunting of two drakes in the border area of Kanganpur.

According to details, Assistant Director Wildlife Hayat Shakoor Manj received a secret information that some people are hunting drakes illegally in the border area of Kanganpur, upon which he ordered Inspector Wildlife Kanganpur Allah Rakha to take action against them.

He arrested  nine people with the help of Rangers Muhammad Fahad son of Muhammad Bilal, Umair Khadim son of Khadim Hussain, Mohsin Sadiq son of Muhammad Sadiq, Usman son of Muhammad Khadim, Abdul Rehman son of Muhammad Khalid, Muhammad Iqbal son of Muhammad Taj, Muhammad Boota son of Muhammad Sharif, Muhammad Anwar son of Nizam Din and Muhammad Sufyan son of Muhammad Faisal with two hunted ducks and hunting tools and recovered fine of 60 thousand rupees from them.
