Air Blue staff become rude on complaint

Lahore: Air Blue staff became rude on complaint of missing cash from the luggage According to a passenger A N jamal,he travelled from Karachi to Lahore on PA 408 on 28th of January .The flight landed around 11:30 to Lahore airport. When the luggage came to the belt instantly I checked my hand carry and found my 14 thousands are missing.

At desk initially the two air blues staffers misbehaved and was into foul and rough attitude over hardly 2-3 kg excess baggage and in fact for it we ready to pay. The guy next to us though had extra but since he was passing smiles that’s why got relief but both the attendants to us were like getting personal. With us was CAA staff too.
Even the girl who pretended to be station manager was pushing to have hand carry at hold when be in jet.The complainant said that I think she was not trained and more about entertaining men than to ladies. That men were allowed to take heavy baggage but not other gender. Its normal and routine of air blue ladies staff at airport.
AT the time of boarding that foul mouthed dummy station manager  again went rude over hand carry. I didn’t give at the time of boarding though. When I reached the jet there was no space so air hostess said that need to have that bag in hold. I was on seat 2F but the guys on 3F got space for the baggage but my baggage they took to hold.  I told her strongly its a laptop and unlock who will responsible for damage. she said its ok. Then I realized I had monies in the bag. I told her bring it back but she replied it too late.
Upon arrival at Lahore airport as soon as my hand carry came I opened and found there is a mess in my baggage that chocolates open and nuts poured out in the bag and upon opening laptop case found my 14 thousands missing. I had 40 thousands in total in the laptop and only had 26 thousands left. Instantly I complaint to the concerned staff and recorded my protest .
It is very shocking. Its routine to confront the filthy faces and foul mouth of the air blue staff and now they are into stealing items. The passenger having faith in the carrier travel. Air blue is into routine to cancel flight which always a jerk for the person who have some commitment to the destination. When customer is compromising then why the staff is so rude and ill minded. There is need to take serious action against the staff.
