PTI comes out of electoral ring in bye election of PP-89,Pir Mahal

Lahore: PTI has come out of electoral ring in bye election of provincial constituency PP-89 of Pir Mahal included in district of PTI central leader Ch. Muhammad Sarwar.

The claim of public popularity of PTI has exposed and it was forced to political follow on. The news of announcement by PTI ticket holder Rana Muhammad Shafiq to withdraw in favor of PML-N candidate Qutab Ali Shah, proved to be a great stroke for Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf as PP-89 is included in the district of PTI organizer and central leader Ch Muhammad Sarwar.

PTI leadership including Ch Muhammad Sarwar was very amazed and disappointed when Rana Muhammad Shafiq despite getting ticket of PTI refused to contest election and announced to support candidate nominated by PML-N.

Later, PTI leaders supported independent candidate Sonia Ali Raza. PML-N candidate got first position, independent candidate second while PTI candidate hardly got three digits of votes in election results.
