Lahore and other various cities of Pakistan experience jolts at night

Lahore and other various cities of Pakistan including Islamabad,Peshawar,Faisalabad,Sheikhupura, Jhang,Abbotabad,Mansehra,Malakand,Swat ,Alipur Chattha, Gujranwala ,Bahawalnagar many other cities and Azad Kashmir have just experienced earthquake shocks.

The magnitude on the richter scale was 6.5. So far no casualty has been recorded. Panic gripped the affected areas with people seen rushing for safety and reciting verses from the Holy Quran.
Various tv channels are reporting that some cities of India have had earthquake shocks as well.

NDMA has asked people to stay calm and leave immediately old and shaky buildings due to the fear of aftershocks. Emergency has been imposed in Peshawar to provide health care facilities to the injured. 40 injured have been brought to the hospital including women & kids till the filing of these lines. KKH at Diamir has been closed as landsliding was noticed due to the horrible tremor.
