PTI Lawyers Wing Punjab President Shadab Jaffri joins PML-Q

Lahore: Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaaf Lawyers Wing Punjab President and former Chairman Provincial Election Commission Syed Shadab Jaffri and local leader Omar Zia Khan called on Pakistan Muslim League senior central leader and former Deputy Prime Minister Ch Parvez Elahi at his residence here today and announced to join PML along with their colleagues.

Welcoming them, Ch Parvez Elahi said that the party will benefit from their experience. He said that for practical measures are required for bringing about the change and he during his tenure as Chief Minister had shown this by taking revolutionary measures in the Punjab for welfare and well-being, progress and prosperity of the poor and common man.

Syed Shadab Jaffri, who is former president of PTI Lahore and also ticket holder for Punjab Assembly, said that Ch Shujat Hussain and Ch Parvez Elahi are such politicians who respect the worker, five years Chief Minister-ship of Ch Parvez Elahi in Punjab was a golden period during this period such works were undertaken in the province which had been done in the province since creation of Pakistan till today, we as well as our colleagues will take pride in working under their leadership. He said that ideological and old workers are always given importance in the PML and they are duly encouraged also.

On this occasion, PML leader Dr Azeemuddin Zahid Lakhvi was also present.
