Social circles demand the formation of a new administrative division

Mandi Bahauddin(Sher Gondal): Social circles including farming community has called upon Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif to make a new division comprising district Mandi Bahauddin, Gujrat, Hafizabad with its HQs at Mandi Bahauddin being central place well connected by roads and routes with all districts.

Pind Dadin Khan Tehsil of District Jhelum and Bhalwal Tehsil of district Sargodha after raising their status as district may be included in the proposed division.

To support their demand they said that they had to bear lot of inconvenience and expenditure for going and coming back from Lahore High Court Lahore and Lahore High Court Bench Rawalpindi in connection with pursuing their cases which normally take a decade or above for their disposal and final decision.

A notable social worker Shahzad Ranjha said that the new division is need of the inhabitants of the area and it would be great achievement of the Punjab Government to respond litigant public demand positively, he added.
