PM Nawaz Sharif appreciates the performance of Punjab Chief Minister

Lahore: Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif while addressing foundation stone laying ceremony of Baloki Power Plant especially appreciated the performance of Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif for working round the clock and making untiring efforts for completion of energy projects.

Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif has lauded the proactive role of the Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif for ending power outages in the country through the installation of various power plants.

Addressing the audience after performing ground breaking of 1223 MW Balloki Power Plant here on Tuesday, he said Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif burnt the midnight oil to ensure the cheapest and timely installation of coal, hydle and solar projects across the province to rid the province of the load- shedding and put the country on the road to progress.

The Premier said, ” the credit goes to the Punjab chief minister who approached Chinese and other firms to invest in Pakistan in the power sector and his efforts paid dividends.”

Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif also appreciated the ministries and the affiliated departments for their dedicated efforts in the implementation of these projects.

Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif without mentioning sit-ins in his address said that despite lot of difficulties and challenges, Prime Minister demonstrated patience and tolerance and Allah Almighty gave him success.
