Ayaz Sadiq retains the Chair of Speaker National Assembly

Lahore: Re-elected MNA Ayaz Sadiq has won the re-election of the slot of Speaker National Assembly.He earned the confidence of the members of National Assembly second time in its one term and sworn in as a 20th speaker.Ayaz Sadiq got 268 and Shafqat Mehmood 31 votes out of 299 .

Ayaz Sadiq thanked all the members for supporting and taking part in the balloting to make the democracy more stronger.

The losing candidate Shafqat Mehmood congratulated the newly elected Speaker Ayaz Sadiq and expressed hope that he will take all the members equally.
