Pakistan Hindu Council vows to support minorities candidates regardless of faith

Pakistan Hindu Council vows to support minorities candidates regardless of faithLahore: To win the local body elections in the Thar Parkar, Pakistan Muslim League (N) has increased the political activities there, and in this regard, a strategic meeting was held between the PML(N) leaders, Dr. Ramesh Kumar Vankwani and Arbab Lutfullah, to finalize the strategy. Showing concerns on the harassing the opposition candidates, both leaders termed this as anti-democracy attempts by the PPP Government, adding that besides all the rigging, PML(N) would continue its struggle for ensuring the original and genuine mandate to rule the province. “The result of local body elections would prove that Sindh is strong fort of PML(N),” said Dr. Ramesh Vankwani.

Moreover, Pakistan Hindu Council, in a high-level meeting, decided to provide full cooperation to the candidates, participating in the local body elections, regardless of their religion and faith.  In addition, the council vowed to counter the foul play against the minority community, and also urged the Sindh Police for not becoming the tool of provincial government to gain victory by hook or crook.
