Shahbaz Sharif condemns the terrorist attack on the camp of PAF in Budhber

CM PUNJAB Shahbaz SharifLahore: Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has strongly condemned the terrorist attack on the camp of Pakistan Air Force in Budhber area of Peshawar and expressed deep sense of sorrow and grief over the martyrdom of a Captain of Pak Army, three technicians and Nimazis.

The Chief Minister while expressing sympathies with the bereaved families also prayed for the departed souls as well as recovery of the injured persons. He said that the cowardly attack of terrorists on the Air Force camp should be strongly condemned. He said that those targeting innocent people inside a mosque cannot be called human beings.

However, he said, such nefarious acts cannot weaken the resolve of the nation in the war against terrorism. He said hat attack on Nimazis inside the mosque is a cowardly act and display of the worst kind of ruthlessness and barbarity.

Shahbaz Sharif said that Punjab government equally shares the grief of the bereaved families. He further said that by foiling the attack of the terrorists, the security forces have again proved their courage and bravery and 18 people of the country are proud of their valiant armed forces.

The Chief Minister said that the whole nation is fully united against terrorism and terrorists and their facilitators will be rooted out with the force of unity and determination. He said that sacrifices of the martyrs will not go waste and Pakistan will again become a haven of peace and harmony.

Shahbaz Sharif expressed the confidence that the menace of terrorism will be eliminated through the force of unity and solidarity and Pakistani nation will achieve a glorious victory in this war at any cost.

Meanwhile, the aircraft of Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif had a narrow escape today. The Chief Minister along with his colleagues was on his way to Islamabad from Lahore to attend an important meeting on energy.

The plane after flying from Lahore developed some technical fault and the pilot tried to land the aircraft but failed. However after ten to fifteen minutes of terrible bumps and jolts the pilot succeeded in landing the plane at the airport.

Talking at Lahore Airport, the Chief Minister thanked Almighty Allah for saving his life and said that it was the result of prayers of his mother and the masses. He said that he will continue to serve the people till his last breath. The Chief Minister has ordered an inquiry into the incident.
