NAB busted 3 members of land mafia

Lahore : National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Lahore, in a crackdown against land mafia, has arrested today Haji Khalid Mehmood Awan, Sheikh Faisal and Shahid patwari. The accused persons, in connivance with each other, illegally sold case property cautioned by NAB in another case. The accused persons prepared fake and forged documents to palm off the property in question. In doing so the accused persons committed the offenses of corruption and corrupt practices, misuse of authority and fraud, forgery and cheating.
The accused persons have been given into custody of NAB on one day physical remand.
