Child Protection Bureau’s residents get Relaxation in age limit

Meeting with Chair Person of Child Protection Bureau Saba SadiqLahore: Relaxation in age limit has been given to the children staying under the management of Child Protection Bureau for admission in vocational training institutes while the age limit for admission of other
children in vocational training institutes will be remained from 15 to 35 years as usual.

This was informed by Minister for Zakat & Ushr Malik
Nadeem Kamran while talking to media-men in Assembly, today. He said that the ages of children staying under the management of Child Protection Bureau are from 13 to 14 years and with the relaxation in age, they will be able to get vocational education and earn their livelihood honourably.

Malik Nadeem Kamran further said that among leprosy patients, head of family will be given monthly financial assistance of Rs.1500, wife Rs.1000, brother/sister Rs.1000 and children Rs.500 and the
department has released an amount of Rs.12 lakh for this purpose. He said that funds of eight crore 85 lakh and 50 thousand rupees have been released for the marriage of deserving girls and about 4428 girls will benefit from it.
