US Consul General Lahore Zachary Harkenrider calls on Ch Sarwar

Lahore: US Consul General Lahore Zachary Harkenrider on Friday called upon Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Punjab Organiser Chaudhary Muhammad Sarwar’s residence and they discussed issues pertaining to Pak-US relations, ongoing war against terrorism and Indian aggression at working boundary.

Punjab deputy organiser Umer Cheema was also present on the occasion.

Chaudhary Sarwar said India was continuously violating the working boundary pact for the past many months and had killed many innocent Pakistanis. He said the Pakistani security personnel and people had laid their lives in the war against terrorism.

He stressed that the world nations should support Pakistan in the war against terrorism. He asked the US Consul General Lahore that the US should play its role in stopping Indian aggression at working boundary.

Zachary Harkenrider said the US had always supported Pakistan in its war against terrorism as well as other projects that could lead Pakistan towards its development and prosperity. He said the US also respects Pakistanis’ sacrifices in the war against terrorism. He said that peace and prosperity could reign supreme only after eliminating terrorism from this region
