Col. (R) Shuja Khanzada and DSP Shaukat Shah funeral prayer is offered at Police Line

Lahore: Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif offered Nimaz-e-Janaza of Provincial Minister for Home Col. (R) Shuja Khanzada Shaheed and DSP Shaukat Shah Shaheed at Police Line Attock a few moments ago.

Federal Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan, Provincial Ministers Rana Mashhood Ahmed, Bilal Yasin, Khawaja Ahmed Hasaan and Members National and Provincial Assembly also participated in Nimaz-e-Janaza.

Later, the Chief Minister laid floral wreaths on the dead bodies of Col. (R) Shuja Khanzada Shaheed and DSP Shaukat Shah Shaheed and prayed for the departed souls.

The Chief Minister was looking very grieved on this occasion. Expressing condolences with Jehangir Khanzada, son of Col. (R) Shuja Khanzada Shaheed, Shehbaz Sharif said that your father has given a supreme sacrifice for Pakistan and his sacrifice for a great cause will be remembered forever. He said that the entire nation is praying for the departed soul.

Meanwhile,Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has announced three days’ mourning in the province over the martyrdom of Col. (R) Shuja Khanzada and loss of other precious human lives in a blast in attock.
