Judicial Commission rejects rigging allegations of PTI

Judicial Commission ReportLahore: Judicial Commission rejects rigging allegations of PTI,this was claimed by the PML-N lawyer Shahid Hamdi while talking to Geo News.The judicial commission has sent the report to the minister of law and it will be presented to the prime minister Nawaz Sharif today.

A seasoned analyst Najam Sethi has said while commenting on the findings of the Judicial Commission that ” truth and justice has prevailed. Judicial Commission said elections were fair and in accordance with law”. No evidence was presented to contrary.Judicial Commission has punctured the 35 penture theory, he added in his tweets.

It would be pertinent to mention here that judicial commission lead by chief justice Nasir ul Mulk proceeded for 85 days and recorded the statements of PTI’s 16,PML-Q’s 14 witnesses.The commission held its 39 sessions.Justice Ameer Hani Muslim and justice Ejaz Afzal were the part of the commission.The commission called 11 returning officers for their statements.
