    Salam
As a medical graduate from Cuba I really appreciate this step, we nearly a 1000 doctors graduated from Latin American Medical University(ELAM) Cuba have observed very closely the cuban health system at all levels. They have very well organized health system that include primary, secondry and tertiary health care sysytem. All 3 levels are dedicated fully for preventive measures and to educate the community about the importance of these preventions in health.
I am 100% sure if we all work together, we can implement the cuban helath care system in Pakistan and the results will be superb.
Dear CM I request you to consider this as an ideal opportunity to help the poor people of Pakistan. Please note Cuban Health Care System is an example for the whole world especially 3rd world countries like our homeland our beloved Pakistan.
at the end I want to quote cuba national hero Comrade Fidel Castro who once said:
    “”Un mundo mejor es posible”
which say “”A better world is possible””
    Thanks

  2. Pakistani medical graduates that have been graduated from Cuba in 2014, 2015 are capable to change the face of health system of the country.
But because of everybody’s personal interests in the institutions of pakistan these graduates are facing the difficulties in finding their right place to serve the people of pakistan. Inspite of spending billions of rupees of the tax money of the people of pakistan on this scholarship they don’t have any plan to use these talented medical Scholars.
