Bilal Yasin distributes scholarship cheques at Government Degree College for Women Bilal Gunj,

Lahore: Provincial Minister for Food Bilal Yasin distributed cheques for Rs. eight lakh among 196 deserving female students under more scholarship at Government Degree College for Women Bilal Gunj, Lahore, today. Principal Government Degree College Dr. Naima, senior staff, members College Council, parents and students attended the function in large numbers.

Addressing the function, Bilal Yasin said that PML-N government is paying special attention to providing maximum opportunities in education sector and giving respectable place in the society so that women could play their due role in the development of the country. He said that the amount of four thousand and 500 rupees per student under more scholarship will meet the educational needs of the students so that they could continue their education. Later, Provincial Minister visited new computer lab and care center where staff and working women can leave their children and pay attention to their job.
