Making Punjab polio free is a great success:Chairman International Polio Plus Committee

Lahore: Chairman International Polio Plus Committee Rotary International & Vice Chairman Rotary Foundation Michael McGovern, National Chair Pakistan Polio Plus Committee Aziz Memon and other members of the delegation appreciated the steps taken by Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif for the eradication of polio in Punjab.

They said that excellent work has been done for elimination of polio from Punjab under the leadership of Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif.

They said that other provinces should also follow the unprecedented steps taken by Chief Minister Punjab Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif for elimination of polio. They said that Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif and his entire team deserve appreciation for making Punjab a polio-free province. They said that making Punjab a polio-free province is great success of Shahbaz Sharif. They said that Punjab government under the leadership of Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif has eliminated polio and taken serious steps which are encouraging.

They said, no doubt, the teamwork carried out under the leadership of Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif for eradication of polio has yielded positive results. They said that Shahbaz Sharif has evolved an effective monitoring and management system regarding polio in Punjab.
