There is a big demand of skilled workforce in Europe and Gulf countries

Lahore: There is a big demand for best skilled workforce in Europe and Gulf countries and vocational training institutes in the province should pay full attention to producing skilled manpower in accordance with the foreign and local market needs and introduce new courses for this purpose.

These views were expressed in a high level meeting which considered devising of a strategy and measures for the training of skilled manpower in accordance with the need of local market and foreign countries.

Provincial Minister for Labour Raja Ashfaq Sarwar, Members Provincial Assembly Saira Iftikhar, Ramesh Singh, Chairman Planning & Development, concerned secretaries, Chairman TEVTA, MD PVTC and concerned authorities attended the meeting.
