Lahore Police assure level playing field in LB elections,Cantt

Lahore: CCPO Lahore Capt(r) Muhammad Ameen Vance has said that Lahore Police would provide level playing field to all the parties & candidates in cantt board elections.Police would strictly implement the code of conduct set by the election commission and no candidate or party would be permitted to violate the code of conduct.

While addressing a meeting regarding LB Elections in Cantt,CCPO Lahore Ameen Vance said that exhibition of firearms and aerial firing would not be allowed at any cost.The violator would be dealt strictly as per law without caring his or their party affiliation,he maintained.

Commissioner Lahore Abdullah Sumble,DIG Ops Dr Haider Ashraf,SSP Security Capt(r) Malik Liaqat Ali,SP Cantt Nadeem Khokhar,returning officers and candidates were also present in the meeting,held at police lines qila gujar singh.
