Lahore: Pakistan Muslim League (PML) President and former Prime Minister Senator Ch Shujat Hussain, senior central leader and former Deputy Prime Minister Ch Parvez Elahi and Moonis Elahi have heartily congratulated Multan Press Club’s newly-elected President Shakeel Anjum, General Secretary Mirza Nadeem and other office-bearers.
They have said in their joint message of felicitation that the newly-elected office-bearers should solve the problems of working journalists with great confidence in view of the confidence reposed in them by the members of the club. They said that PML leadership has always given preference to the problems of journalists’ community, during the tenure of Chief Minister ship of Ch Parvez Elahi besides journalists colonies in Lahore, Multan and Islamabad had as the Deputy Prime Minister got established utility stores in the press clubs in various cities and also provided other facilities.
