Imran Khan files a suit against the local commission of NA-122

Lahore: Pakistan Therek e Insaf Chairman Imran Khan has filed a suit against the local commission of NA-122.The application was a proof of his saying that a man never can be defeated until he accept defeat.

Imran Khan has alleged that the judge Gulam Hussain did not include the evidences of rigging in his report so commission report has no worth.The election Tribunal had ordered the commision to collect the evidences of the rigging but the judge did not comply with the orders of the tribunal too,he maintained.

Imran Khan has said that the election tribunal should take notice of his complaint against the commission and redress his grievences.
