West is making blasphemous attacks to check the advance of Islam:Liaqat Baloch

Lahore: Secretary General, Jamaat e Islami, Liaqat Baloch, has said that the US and the west were making blasphemous attacks on the Holy Prophet (SAW) in order to check the advance of Islam.

Liaqat Baloch said that an ideological war was going on all over the world. He said the western civilization being hollow and in-human, had reached the point of destruction while the bright, living and human welfare oriented Islamic teachings had already defeated the western way of life and ideology.  However, he said, the US was not ready to accept its defeat.

The JI central leader said that the secular lobby and the US slaves in the country were trying to take control of our educational institutions in order to promote the western and Hindu culture and the rulers of the country, had already begun a campaign against religion and the madrissahs to please the west.

Liaqat Baloch said that Urdu was the national language but it could not get its due place in the society because of the intreagues of the rulers and the secular lobby. He demanded that Urdu be given full encouragement and made compulsory language in offices and the courts.

He said that the JI was widely known as a party working peacefully, within the law and the constitution. On the other hand, the extortionists and target killers had pushed Karachi to the verge of destruction. He said that nobody had taken seriously MQM leader Altaf Hussain’s demand for a ban on the JI. In fact, he said, that Altaf Hussain, the self styled exiled leader, was the ploy of the western  powers and his venomous propaganda g against the JI was meant to divert the world attention from the issue of blasphemy.

Liaqat Baloch said that current petrol crisis indicated that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif had not learnt a lesson from his past experiences. He said that the petrol crisis was result of corruption and kickbacks.
