Lahore: Secretary Health Punjab, Jawad Rafique Malik has immediately suspended Medical Superintendent District Headquarters Hospital Sargodha Dr. Iqbal Sami.
A high level meeting in connection with deaths of babies in DHQ Hospital Sargodha was held under the chairmanship of Advisor to Punjab Chief Minister on Health Khawaja Salman Rafique and Secretary Health Jawad Rafique Malik which took important decisions.
Director General Health Punjab Dr. Zahid Pervaiz, Prof. Faisal Masood, Prof. Masood Sadiq, Prof. Mehmood Shaukat, Prof. Ahsan Waheed Rathor and senior officers of Health Department attended the meeting which reviewed in detail the situation of District Headquarters Hospital Sargodha.
