Allama Dr Tahir ul Qadri and Imran Khan declared absconder in murder attack on SSP Asmatullah Janego case

Lahore: The local court of Islamabad has announced sit-ins leadership including Imran Khan and Allama Dr Tahir ul Qadri proclaimed offenders in murder attempt on SSP Asmatullah Janego case.

Earlier ,the court has issued non-bailable warrants of both leaders for not joining investigation of the said case.

While commenting on the news of arrest warrants,Imran Khan has said that I am sitting in my container ,if police want to arrest me,come and arrest ,I will not even seek my bail.

On the other hand ,federal Minister for information and broadcasting Pervaiz Rasheed has said that Police should pay his duties according to the law regarding the compliance of the court orders for the arrest of the Imran Khan.He said now its Imran Khan who will have to prove that who had been provoking in his mask for attacking on the state institutions.Membership of the Assembly does not grant a right to violate law,he added.Imran Khan himself started the practice of lodging FIRs against the members of the Assemblies,he maintained.

Allama Dr Tahir ul Qadri is expected to give his point of view regarding arrest warrants ,today in the evening via video conference from Canada.
