Lahore: After playing the games of resign,resign in Punjab Assembly on Thursday,PTI members went back and in the evening speaker Punjab Assembly announced that he called the MPAs for confirmation of resigns but they rested in Assembly premises and did not come to me as per the procedure. As I have to follow the rules so I could not accept every demand of the opposition,speaker Punjab Assembly added.
Rana Iqbal said Now he will revisit the law in this regard and would soon made a decision in this regard.
On the other hand ,opposition leader in Punjab Assembly Mian Mehmood ur Rasheed said they were being kept in waiting for whole day by the speaker but he did not come to us for verification of the resignations.We are leaving after ending the given time for confirmations of the resigns,we had given resigns two months before ,what was a barrier in accepting the resigns,Mian Mehmood questioned?
