Lahore: Punjab University Vice Chancellor has appointed Professor of Institute of Geology Dr Sajid Rashid Ahmed as Director of Centre for Geographical Information System (GIS Centre). Moreover Geographical Information System (GIS) program has been shifted from Punjab University College of Information Technology (PUCIT) to the Centre for Geographical Information System.
