Resigns could not be accepted till the verification of signs: Ayaz Sadiq

Lahore: Speaker National Assembly Ayaz Sadiq has said until the signs on the resigns are verified ,I can not accept resignations.I was trying to settle this issue for two months but I am afraid to say that they were behaving to complicate the issue rather than to settle it,he added.

Ayaz Sadiq said he was talking to media as a speaker and will not do a question,answer session.I had made it clear to Shah Mehmood Qureshi that they may come together but every MNA have to come alone for confirmation as in a mess verification would not be possible,speaker Ayaz Sadiq maintained.He said I was waiting the PTI’s MNAs for the confirmation of their resigns but they refused to come to me and imposed a childish condition that speaker should come to them for confirmation of the resignations.

Speaker National Assembly said as the verification process could not be completed within stipulated time so he has no other choice to intimate the election commission of Pakistan regarding these resigns.
