A two-year-old child dies by falling into a manhole in Badami Bagh

Lahore: Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has taken notice of the death of a two-year-old child due to falling into a manhole in PECO Road Badami Bagh area of Lahore and sought a report from Administration. He directed that stern action be taken under the law against those who are guilty of negligence. The Chief Minister expressed sorrow and grief over the death of the child and sympathized with the bereaved family.

Meanwhile,WASA spokesman has claimed that there was no sewerage system of WASA in said area so the death of a kid in WASA open main hole question ,does not arise.
