Guarantor must be determined in negotiations :Ch Shujaat Hussain

Lahore: Pakistan Muslim League (PML) President and former Prime Minister Senator Ch Shujat Hussain has said negotiations with Dr Tahir ul Qadri and Imran Khan would only be beneficial if the guarantor was determined.

Talking to media here today, he said that previous experience tell us that if the govts reach the agreements even then these were discarded afterwards on one or other technical point, if the govt was changed then it was flatly refused, as such agenda must essentially mention the guarantor.

He said that whatever was being said about the Judicial Commission, only the verdict was enough in this regard.

Responding to a question about the flood, Ch Shujat Hussain said that districts Gujrat and Mandi Bahauddin had been worst hit in the history of Pakistan, many villages have been razed to the ground and washed away completely. He appealed to all the philanthropists to come forward and actively participate in the relief works, food was needed most in these areas, all should participate in this noble work.
