Hamza Shahbaz inquires after the injured prayer offerers at Services Hospital

MNA Hamza ShahbazLahore: Central leader of Pakistan Muslim League-N Hamza Shahbaz Sharif MNA has said that government of Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif will become stronger through present political test. He said that those giving sit-ins put their share in flood devastations by creating hurdles in Chinese investment for Diamir Bhasha Dam and other water reservoirs. He said that government is showing restraint against the unconstitutional and unparliamentarily demands of protestors. He said that Imran Khan should leave his stubbornness and hold dialogues with the government in parliament. He said that the demand of Imran Khan regarding resignation of Prime Minister on gunpoint cannot be accepted.

He expressed these views while talking to media after inquiring about the health of those who injured due to collapse of roof of mosque in Daroghawala the other day at Services Hospital today. Hamza Shahbaz inquired about the health of Muhammad Rizwan and Zahid Bashir and prayed for their early recovery. He directed doctors to provide best treatment facilities to the injured. He disclosed that Rs. 16 lakh are being given as financial assistance to the heirs of each person martyred in the incident of mosque.

Hamza Shahbaz Sharif said that there is no justification of sit-ins after the offer of constitution of Supreme Court Commission for investigation in alleged rigging by the government. He said that action should be taken against those who attacked parliament and PTV building in Islamabad under Article-6 but government is showing restraint. He said that those indulging in politics of dead bodies by making shield to women and children have to face humiliation and media has exposed them.

Hamza Shahbaz said that loss of crores of rupees is being caused to the country and the nation through the sit-ins of Imran Khan and Tahirul Qadri. He said that country’s image is also damaging due to sit-ins. He said that those giving sit-ins for lust of power should realize the gravity of the situation due to worst flood and the ten lakh IDPs waiting help in KPK. He said that KPK Chief Minister instead of helping the IDPs and flood affectees is attending musical show in Islamabad for the last one month.

He said that Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif are visiting every village and city for the assistance of flood affectees and working round the clock for providing relief and saving the marooned people. He said that the entire parliament is united for the protection of democracy and PML-N government. He said that a new democratic history is being written and expressed the hope that the country will soon be brought out of crisis and put on the road to progress and prosperity.
