Lahore Lions team Manager Waqas Akbar told the media that the SBP outfit was in good shape and hopefully it will script encouraging results in the next encounters in the mega event. “Our boys did hard work during their stay in Pakistan and have overcome their frailties to the maximum. Now we can claim that we have rectified our shortcomings in raiding and stopping segments,” he asserted.Lahore Lions kabaddi to face Yo Yo Tigers tomorrow

Lahore Lions skipper Babar Gujjar said that his boys were quite upbeat to offer good performance against their tough rivals on the Indian soil. “We know that our team can’t win matches against strong opponents without proper preparation and thorough work out and that’s why we tried our best to equip our team with best possible training,” he described.

He informed that the raiders and stoppers played an equal role to win a kabaddi clash and that’s why our coaches have given equivalent significance to both the segments during the training camp. “Our coaching team has taught the boys how to make a successful raid and stop in a top level kabaddi encounter,” he added.
