Lahore: Dawn News has claimed that Army chief has asked the prime minister Nawaz Sharif to resign for ending political crisis.Army chief said this to prime minister in one on one meeting at Pm House while discussing the situation and to end the political crisis.
Today,Army chief and PM have hours long meeting to review political situation and discussed different options to end political crisis. In the meeting,army chief advised the PM to resign.
After this meeting,PM called a meeting with government allied parties and opposition leader to discuss the whole situation and COAS advise.
The channel claimed that PM amy dissolved the assemblies too.
