Faisal Town police busted Sagar dacoit gang

Lahore : Faisal Town police have busted four criminals of Sagar dacoit gang including their ring leader Sabir Ali alias Sagar and recovered illicit weapons,cash,mobile phones and valuables of hundreds of thousands.According to the spokesman SP Model Town Muhammad Baqir on receiving an information about Sagar dacoit gang ,constituted a special team under the supervision of DSP Garden Town Mir Kashif Khalil for the arrest of the criminals who arrested Sabir Ali alias Sagar and three gang members Shafaqat Ali,nasir Ali and Ali Raza in a successful raid and recovered 3 stolen bikes,10 cell phones,one hundred thousands cash and other valuables including illicit firearms .

The accused have confessed to commit number of dacoities in Factory Area,Faisal Town,Garden Town,Model Town,Township,Naseer Abad,Liaqat Abad,Iqbal Town and Gulshan Iqbal areas. The gang is previous record holder and had been arrested before too.

DIG Ops Dr Haider Ashraf has announced commandery certificates and cash reward for the police team.
