Lahore High Court upholds Session Court decision to register Model Town tragedy FIR

Lahore High Court upheld Session Court decision to register Model Town tragedy FIR against 21 people for their involvement.

Four federal ministers Khawaja Saad Rafique,Pervaiz Rasheed,Abid Sher Ali and Khawaja Asif has challenged the session court decision about registering of case  and pleaded that they no concern of Model Town incident.

PAT had the opinion that PM Nawaz Sharif,CM Shahbaz Sharif,Khawaja Saad Rafique,Pervaiz Rasheed,Abid Sher Ali , Khawaja Asif ,Rana Sanaullah Khan,CM secretary Dr Toqir and police officers on duty were responsible that’s why Faisal Town was not registering the case.

It is pertinent to mention here that Faisal Town police have added the PAT version in the already registered FIR but neither PAT presented evidences nor persuaded the case before the Investigation Officer.
