Containers can not be removed from the city despite LHC orders

Lahore :The misery of the masses could not be ended even on the second day after the Lahore High Court’s orders for removal of the containers from throughout the province to open the roads,containers are still visible on the roads for blockage the paths.

It seems that police is giving gesture that they have no respect for the superior court of the province Punjab”LHC” as containers on the roads of metropolis could be easily seen in Model Town,Faisal Town area only to cordon off the PAT central secretariat and Minhaj ul Quran.

Police have also closed the roads by putting barriers on it , in the name of security threat at Moj Darya Road,Lower Mall Road ,Old Anarkali,Queens Road,Egerton Road, Abbec Road etc.

On being broadcast the news about containers on National Channels,CCPO office awaken up and issued a hand out to clarify its position,that they didn’t receive any orders to for the removal of containers from the roads as soon as police receive the High Courts order,containers will be removed.
