Nation should join their homeless brothers : President Mamnoon Hussain

Lahore: President of Pakistan Mamnoon Hussain has said that the nation should join their homeless brothers and sisters of Waziristan, who had rendered numerous sacrifices for the sake of country’s bright future.

In his Eid message, the President said the real spirit of Eid was related to spreading happiness among the entire humanity.   He paid tributes to army’s Jawans, who sacrificed their lives for the country and expressed solidarity with their families.

President Mamnoon said the day was to express gratitude before Allah Almighty for His countless bounties upon mankind. He said prayers should be offered for the entire Muslim Ummah, and particularly for Pakistan that may Allah save it from the curse of terrorism and sectarianism as well as bless it with peace, prosperity and development.
