Nation to remember oppressed Muslims on Eid: Ameer Jamaat e Islami

Siraj ul Haq Lahore: While greeting the nation on the occasion of Eidul Fitr, Ameer, Jamat e Islami, Pakistan, Sirajul Haq has appealed the masses to keep in their mind the miseries of their oppressed brethren in Kashmir,Palestine, Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria and Burma.

In his message for the auspicious occasion, Sirajul Haq said that the pleasures of Eid were the reward from Allah Almighty for the hardships the believers bear during the holy month of Ramazan. He said the faithful should celebrate the occasion by expressing their gratitude to their Creator for His unlimited blessings, he added.

The JI chief however said that real happiness lies in sharing the joys and worries with others. He said the Eid ul Fitr this year was being celebrated in an atmosphere that over one million of our brethren from North Waziristan had been forced to leave their homes and hearths and stay in relief camps. Therefore, it was the religious and moral duty of the nation to look after these helpless men, woman and children.

At the same time, he said, the bombing of Israel over Palestinian was The mothers and sisters in Palestine were awaiting another Muhammad Bin Qasim and Salahd Din Ayubi, he added.
