PU sports girls seek action against propagandists

Lahore: A large number of Punjab University’s sports girls and boys have written a letter to Punjab Chief Minister Mian Shahbaz Sharif, Governor Punjab Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar, Minister Sports and Higher Education Punjab Rana Mashhood Ahmed Khan seeking action against the elements who were fanning baseless propaganda to damage the repute of the players and university.

In their letter to the high-ups, they said that they had never ever used steroids and they were showing outstanding performance because of vigorous training camps and support of the PU administration. They said that the five girls had nefarious designs and there was a conspiracy to malign the achievements of Punjab University in sports
