Lahore: A spokesman of Home Department Punjab has said that leader of Tehrik-e-Minhaj-ul-Quran is facing security threats. He said that after military operation in North Waziristan, terrorists have announced attacks on important political and religious leaders and added that there is also threat of terrorism at Benazir Bhutto Airport Islamabad and other airports.
The spokesman further said that terrorists can also target the slow moving convoy of Pakistan Awami Tehrik on GT Road. He said that leaders of Tehrik-e-Minhaj-ul-Quran have been informed about security threats.
